Our Mission

At GarageDriver, our mission is to provide expert and accurate information about cars, car maintenance, and driving ideas for everyone who wants to know how to drive and how to maintain a car. Being a driver for 18 years has given me enough experience to provide driving tips and car maintenance guidance.

There’s no issue I’ve not experienced for the past 18 years I have been driving, and as they, experience is the best teacher. I will be sharing my experience in the articles to help you get through whatever problem your car might be having,

Garagedriver.com is an automobile-based blog created to provide information about driving, including safety tips, driving techniques, vehicle maintenance guides, and more.

On “garagedriver.com”, you will find information about defensive driving techniques such as tips for driving in various weather conditions (rain, snow, fog, etc.), how to drive on the highway, city driving tips, night driving safety tips, and parking tips and techniques.

You will also get car maintenance guides such as oil change intervals and procedures, tire care and maintenance tips, brake maintenance and inspection guides, fluid checks and top-up procedures (coolant, brake fluid, etc.), battery care, maintenance advice, etc.

We also provide answers to questions people ask about road driving and car maintenance, especially questions that have to do with learning how to drive, road signs, and being able to properly maintain your vehicle.

We all know that vehicle maintenance is very important for ensuring safety while driving and you must learn how to drive before you can be licensed to drive on the road.

Therefore, as someone who has been driving for 18 years, from the experience I’ve had so far, I write all the articles on garagedriver.com myself. I enjoy writing the article because it allows me to share my personal driving experience over the years.

While writing the articles, I mostly use my experience as a reference. You can’t be driving for more than 18 years and have never had battery issues, alternator issues, radiator issues, and engine-related issues such as spark plugs, coil problems, etc. With garagedriver.com, I share these problems, their symptoms, and how to fix them, including how I got mine fixed.

However, it is important to note that the information on “garagedriver.com” reflects my opinion and is meant to help others. Even though I’m an experienced driver, I insist you conduct thorough research before making your final decision and always contact your mechanic for advice.

My name is Chidiebere Onwuachu. I launched garagedriver.com because of my love and experience in driving and car maintenance. I’ve always been a lover of cars, and I’ve been driving for 18 years.

I’ve driven so many cars from different brands ranging from Peugeot to Mercedes Benz, Toyota, and of course, Lexus, and I’ve encountered different types of car problems; from major engine issues to minimal car problems and car maintenance, etc.

Chidiebere Onwuachu

I can boast of having experience and expertise in fixing some of the problems these cars may have. I’m the kind of person that doesn’t like seeing warning lights on my car’s dashboard. It makes me uncomfortable.

My first car was a 2005 Peugeot 307 SW, my second car was a 2003 Lexus IS300, and I currently drive a 2006 Lexus IS350. I bought these cars because of the upgrades I could make with them especially the sweet 2JZ engine in the IS300 and the body upgrades of the IS350.

As a graduate and a degree holder, I’ve worked with various auto technicians including Isaac Gbenga for my cars as well as other people’s cars and it gives me the joy to share what I know, love, and have experienced with people who also love and want to know the same thing. Chidiebere Onwuachu
